Here as promised to show you how I make a twisted or side easel card. 

Here is the birthday or celebration one I made for today.

you want to start with a 81/2 in X 4 1/4 IN piece of card stock.

Taking the piece of cardstock you just cut and score it at 4 1/4 in.

using a pattern paper you want to cut 2, 4 IN squares.  One for the base of your card and one for the back top of your card.  This is the side that will be folding over.

The one on the back of the card needs to be cut from corner to corner.

You want to score from the top right to bottom left  of the top of the card. you have now made your fold over for your easel card.

Taking anything to do with your card , in my case was the presents, and pop them up with pop dots and that will hold your easel card up.

Again here is the finished product:

I really am happy with the way this turned out.  I hope you enjoy it also!

Side folding Easel Card for Printable Cuttable Creatables

Hello Printable Cuttable Creatable Fans! It is Christi from Scrapping For Tranquility!  I am soooo excited to be back on the PPC design team after taking a season off. I missed my other team members, Kristin , the owner and especially YOU!  You all make it so fun to be here and I thank you for that!  Without further ado, onto my project!

I was so excited to be back I decided I wanted to do something fun also so I decided on a Side Folding Easel Card.  So easy to do and fast to make for any occasion.  

I used the files Happy Valentine's Day Title and Foxy Love from PCC and just loved the way it came out.  I think those foxes are just so stinkin' cute!
