Miss Kate Cuttable's Guest Designer Post

Hello Scrapping for Tranquility Fans!  I have the honor of being Miss Kate Cuttable's Guest Designer  this month so I have a fun , fall card to share with you!

I am going to hop right to it!  The files I used from Miss Kate's is Autumn Tree, Fall Memories and Raking Leaves.  This is what I came up with :

 I made a triangle tri-fold card.  If you never heard of it you will see here in a second how it works.  I used the raking leaves file on the front triangle along with half of the Autumn tree file.  I cut the Autumn Tree in half using the Sure cuts 4 program on my cameo.  

Here is the front first fold with the title using the file Fall Memories.  

Then folding down it opens to a double card where I put the Autumn Tree and added a tire swing from my cutting file stash , A Perfect Day To Play, also from Miss Kate's Cuttable's. If you click on the picture you can read the beautiful fall poem I found on the internet and then made it into a  Thankful for you card.

Trendy Twine-Christmas Tree

Merry Christmas Eve everyone! I wanted to share my Final December Guest DT post for Trendy Twine with you.

It is a quick and easy Christmas decoration using the Frosted Cranberry Trendy Twine and the Frosted Cranberry Sequins.

I made a Christmas tree by wrapping the Trendy Twine around a round ,triangle, foam form.  For the "ornaments" I used the Frosted Cranberry Sequins stuck on with pearl-head straight pins.  To top the tree off I bought a gold star and painted it with blue acrylic paint and stuck it on top.

I am really pleased how it turned out and hope you enjoy it too.

Trendy Twine Guest DT- Christmas Candy with Tag

Hello!  I hope this finds everyone in the Christmas Spirit! I am Guest DT'ing for Trendy Twine today I want to share a project to hopefully get you more in the Christmas spirit using the Frosted Cranberry Trendy Twine.

I made this fun piece of candy with the  Frosted Cranberry Trendy Twine ,  wrapped it in cellophane,then tied the ends in the  Frosted Cranberry.  I then a made a tag by The Cutting Cafe called Christmas Gift Tags in the same colors as the Trendy Twine to attach to it.

Guest DT For Connie Can Crop

Christi Here from Scrapping For Tranquility.  When Connie asked me to be a Guest DT I was sooooo Honored you would not believe!  She had 6 opening left and let me choose which one I wanted.I couldn't pass up the challenge of "What the Hex!"

My Project I can't take full credit for since I seen something like this on google search some time ago and have always wanted to try it and put my spin on it and this was my chance.  I Hope

The papers I used was from DCWV The Black Current Stack , DCWV, Lemon Flower Stack AC Cardstock and a yellow plaid from my stash. I used my cameo to cut my HEXAGONS and shadows and Inked them in Gray. I used the butterfly Cut file from Little Scraps of Heaven Designs and used heat set studs to top them off. With some trial and error of how I wanted to lay out the card this is what I ended up with.
